Today, with more than 15 years of living in Malaysia, she proudly carries both her Indonesian heritage and her Malaysian identity — blending flavors, cultures, and traditions into every dish she creates.

All products and services offered by Mira's Kitchen are prepared with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Order Confirmation & Lead Time

All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability. Customers are strongly advised to provide sufficient notice to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

Mira’s Kitchen operates on a made-to-order basis, and last-minute requests may not always be accommodated.

Delivery & Timing

While every effort is made to meet agreed delivery or collection times, delays may occur due to:

High order volumes
Traffic conditions
Weather conditions
Unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing reasonable flexibility.

Public Holidays & Peak Periods

During public holidays, festive seasons, and peak periods, order volumes may be significantly higher.

Early booking is highly recommended
Limited slots may be available
Delivery timelines may be extended

Orders are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate order details
Confirming delivery times and locations
Ensuring availability to receive orders at the agreed time
Any delays caused by incorrect information or unavailability may affect service delivery.

Product Variations

As all items are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, design, or presentation may occur.

This does not affect the quality or taste of the product.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for informing us in advance of any:

Food allergies
Dietary restrictions

While care is taken, all products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.

Payment & Order Commitment

Orders are only confirmed upon:

Full payment, or
Deposit (if applicable)

Once confirmed, preparation will commence and cancellations may not be accepted.

Force Majeure

Mira's Kitchen shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled within reasonable operational capacity or that does not comply with our policies.

Refund Policy

All payments made are strictly non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and preparation has commenced.

Refunds, if considered, are solely at the discretion of Mira's Kitchen and will only be evaluated under exceptional circumstances.

No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind
Late cancellations
Failure to collect or receive orders at the agreed time

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within a reasonable notice period prior to preparation.

Once preparation has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted and any payments made will be forfeited.

For large or custom orders, a minimum notice period may apply and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Liability Clause

Mira's Kitchen shall not be held liable for any damages, delays, or quality changes arising after delivery or collection of the product.

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon:

Successful delivery, or
Collection by the customer or their representative

Customers are advised to ensure proper handling and storage of all food items after receipt.

Corporate Catering Terms

For corporate or bulk catering orders:

Orders must be placed well in advance and are subject to confirmation
A deposit or full payment may be required prior to commencement
Final headcount and menu confirmation must be provided within the agreed timeline
Any last-minute changes may not be accommodated

Mira's Kitchen reserves the right to adjust timelines, menus, or delivery arrangements based on operational capacity and event requirements.
